ONLINE REAL ESTATE COURSE IN ENGLISH
Luis Nieves University is proud to be the first accredited institution in Puerto Rico approved by the PR Real Estate Board to offer online courses and seminars in both Spanish and English.
Under Law 10 of 1994, which regulates the real estate profession in Puerto Rico, students must complete a rigorous pre-licensing education program. LNU fulfills this requirement with courses designed to meet the 90-hour broker or 72-hour salesperson minimum standards, while preparing students for their licensing exam.

COURSE REQUIREMENTS:
Completion: Students must finish all lessons online to graduate.
Format: Online, self-paced study—flexible and stress-free, with professor supervision and support.

CATEGORIES:
Broker: Requires 60 college credits or more from an accredited institution in the USA or Puerto Rico. For education outside these areas, please visit www.wes.org for study validation.
Salesperson: Requires a high school diploma.
The course has a duration of 72 academic hours, which students must complete within 120 calendar days.
Brokers: Requires 60 college credits or equivalent.
Length: 90 academic hours, to be completed within 120 calendar days.
Deadline: All assignments must be submitted by the posted due dates.

COURSE MATERIALS & ASSESSMENTS
Materials: Provided digitally at enrollment; includes Digital Professor Nieves’ textbook, Digital Study Guide for the Puerto Rico Real Estate exam, and Digital Dictionary.
Assessments: Practice exams, quizzes, and interactive activities to ensure mastery.
Passing Score: A minimum composite score of 70% is required.
Academic Integrity: All assignments must be completed independently.
Reading: Digital textbook assignments posted online.
Exams: Different styles, predominantly multiple-choice and written-response formats with immediate feedback. The best score remains; all exams require a 70 passing grade.
