Acuerdo del Usuario de Luis Nieves University – LNMO Caribbean Corp.
Este Acuerdo del Usuario (“Acuerdo”) entre el Usuario Autorizado (“Usted”) y Luis Nieves University – LNMO Caribbean Corp. (“LNU”) regula el acceso y uso del sitio web de LNU (“Sitio”), incluyendo todo contenido, funcionalidades y servicios (“Productos”) disponibles a través del mismo. El uso del Sitio implica la aceptación plena de los términos aquí establecidos.
Lea este Acuerdo detenidamente antes de utilizar el Sitio
Al acceder a este Sitio o a cualquier otro portal digital propiedad de Luis Nieves University – LNMO Caribbean Corp., usted acepta cumplir con los términos de este Acuerdo. Adicionalmente, ciertos Productos pueden estar sujetos a condiciones específicas (“Reglas Adicionales”), las cuales se comunicarán oportunamente. El uso de dichos Productos constituirá su aceptación de las Reglas Adicionales correspondientes. Si no está de acuerdo con ellas, deberá abstenerse de utilizar el Producto en cuestión.

Relación entre el Usuario y Luis Nieves University – LNMO Caribbean Corp.
Ni LNU ni sus colaboradores ejercen la práctica legal. Los Productos disponibles en el Sitio tienen fines exclusivamente informativos y no constituyen asesoramiento jurídico. El acceso, transmisión o recepción de dichos Productos no establece una relación abogado-cliente entre usted y LNU.
Si requiere orientación legal específica, se recomienda consultar con un abogado debidamente autorizado en su jurisdicción.

Licencia de Uso
Mediante la aceptación de este Acuerdo y el pago correspondiente, usted adquiere una licencia limitada, no exclusiva e intransferible para acceder y utilizar los Productos de LNU. Esta licencia le permite, por un período de 12 meses desde la fecha de activación:

• Visualizar los Productos para su uso personal.
• Imprimir contenido exclusivamente para fines individuales.
• Copiar o citar fragmentos mediante herramientas electrónicas (“cortar y pegar”) para la elaboración de trabajos escritos.

Queda estrictamente prohibido reproducir, distribuir, almacenar, publicar, vender o transmitir los Productos sin autorización expresa por escrito de LNU. También se prohíbe su uso en violación del presente Acuerdo o de la Ley de Derechos de Autor de los Estados Unidos (17 U.S.C.A. §107).
Los Productos no podrán ser licenciados, revendidos ni compartidos con terceros, ni reproducidos en múltiples copias, ya sea en formato impreso o digital. Si usted no es abogado, su uso debe limitarse exclusivamente a fines informativos generales.

Propiedad Intelectual
A excepción de la licencia que se da en este Acuerdo, todos los derechos, títulos e intereses sobre el Sitio y los Productos —incluyendo marcas registradas y otros derechos de propiedad intelectual— son propiedad exclusiva de Luis Nieves University – LNMO Caribbean Corp. y sus socios, en todos los idiomas, formatos y lugares.

Está prohibida la ingeniería inversa, descompilación, desensamblaje, alquiler, sublicencia o creación de productos derivados no autorizados. Asimismo, se prohíbe la reproducción, modificación, distribución o uso comercial del Sitio o los Productos en contravención a este Acuerdo.

Limitación de garantías
LNU no garantiza que los Productos sean apropiados o estén disponibles fuera de la jurisdicción local. Usted accede al Sitio bajo su propio riesgo y es responsable de cumplir con las leyes locales aplicables. La base de datos de LNU es incompleta y, por omisión involuntaria, puede que le falten documentos legales específicos.

Responsabilidad
Luis Nieves University – LNMO Caribbean Corp. (“LNU”) y sus socios no asumen responsabilidad alguna por el uso, interpretación o resultados derivados de los Productos ofrecidos en el Sitio. Tanto el Sitio como sus Productos se proporcionan “tal como están”, sin garantías de ningún tipo, ya sean expresas o implícitas. LNU no garantiza desempeño, precisión, actualización continua ni ausencia de omisiones involuntarias. Se reserva el derecho, a su entera discreción, de modificar, mejorar, añadir o eliminar cualquier parte del Sitio o sus Productos en cualquier momento.
Remedio Único
El único y exclusivo remedio disponible para el Usuario ante cualquier reclamación por daños relacionados con el uso del Sitio o los Productos será el reembolso de la suma pagada por concepto de servicios durante los doce (12) meses anteriores al evento que dio origen a la reclamación. LNU y sus afiliadas no serán responsables por fallos en búsquedas, interrupciones de acceso o imposibilidad de uso del Sitio.
Acceso al Sitio
LNU no garantiza acceso ininterrumpido, libre de errores o seguro al Sitio. El acceso puede verse afectado por fallas técnicas, mantenimiento, causas de fuerza mayor o eventos fuera del control de LNU, tales como desastres naturales, conflictos bélicos, disturbios civiles, fallas eléctricas o disputas laborales.
Enlaces a Terceros
El Sitio puede contener enlaces a recursos externos disponibles en Internet. Estos se ofrecen únicamente como referencia informativa. LNU no patrocina ni mantiene afiliación con dichos sitios. Usted puede enlazar al Sitio de LNU desde otras páginas siempre que:

• El enlace identifique claramente a Luis Nieves University – LNMO Caribbean Corp.
• No interfiera con el acceso al Acuerdo del Usuario.
• Se notifique previamente a LNU sobre la intención de establecer el enlace.
• Se elimine el enlace si LNU así lo solicita.

Modificaciones al Acuerdo
LNU se reserva el derecho de modificar este Acuerdo del Usuario en cualquier momento. Las enmiendas serán publicadas en el Sitio y entrarán en vigor de inmediato. El uso continuado del Sitio tras la publicación de cambios constituirá aceptación de los términos modificados.
Acceso con Contraseña
El acceso a áreas protegidas del Sitio está restringido a Usuarios Autorizados.
ESTÁ PROHIBIDO COMPARTIR SU CÓDIGO DE USUARIO Y CONTRASEÑA.
USTED ES RESPONSABLE DE SU USO Y CUSTODIA.
CUALQUIER ACCESO NO AUTORIZADO SERÁ SU RESPONSABILIDAD, AUN CUANDO USTED LO DESCONOZCA.
NO SE PERMITE LA CESIÓN O LICENCIA DE ESTE ACUERDO SIN CONSENTIMIENTO EXPRESO DE LNU.
Terminación
El Usuario podrá cancelar su acceso mediante notificación escrita. En ausencia de dicha notificación, el contrato continuará vigente mensualmente. LNU podrá cancelar el acceso de forma inmediata si se incumplen los términos del Acuerdo. El uso indebido del Sitio, incluyendo infracciones de derechos de autor o marca, podrá conllevar la terminación del servicio sin derecho a reembolso.
La falta de ejercicio de un derecho por parte de LNU no constituye renuncia al mismo. Este Acuerdo no puede ser transferido a terceros. Si alguna cláusula fuera declarada inválida, las demás permanecerán en vigor.
Ley Aplicable y Arbitraje
Este Sitio es propiedad de Luis Nieves University-LNMO Caribbean Corp., con sede en San Juan, Puerto Rico. Cualquier disputa se regirá por las leyes del Estado Libre Asociado de Puerto Rico. Toda controversia será resuelta mediante mediación o arbitraje en un tribunal bajo jurisdicción puertorriqueña.


Representación del Usuario
Usted declara y garantiza que:
(a) La información provista a LNU-LNMO Caribbean Corp es veraz y exacta.
(b) Cumplirá con todas las leyes y regulaciones aplicables.
(c) Acepta y se compromete a cumplir con los términos de este Acuerdo, incluyendo futuras enmiendas.
Terms and Conditions User Agreement of Luis Nieves University – LNMO Caribbean Corp.
This User Agreement (“Agreement”) between the Authorized User (“You”) and Luis Nieves University – LNMO Caribbean Corp. (“LNU”) governs access to and use of LNU’s website (“Site”), including all content, features, and services (“Products”) available through it. Use of the Site constitutes full acceptance of the terms set forth herein.
Please read this Agreement carefully before using the Site.
By accessing this Site or any other digital portal owned by Luis Nieves University – LNMO Caribbean Corp., you agree to comply with the terms of this Agreement. Additionally, certain Products may be subject to specific conditions (“Additional Rules”), which will be communicated in due course. Use of such Products constitutes your acceptance of the corresponding Additional Rules. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the Product in question.
Relationship Between the User and Luis Nieves University – LNMO Caribbean Corp.
Neither LNU nor its collaborators engage in the practice of law. The Products available on the Site are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. Access, transmission, or receipt of such Products does not establish an attorney-client relationship between you and LNU.
If you require specific legal guidance, you should consult a duly licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.
License of Use
By accepting this Agreement and making the required payment, you acquire a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use LNU’s Products. This license allows you, for a period of 12 months from activation date, to:

• View the products for personal use.
• Print content solely for individual purposes.
• Copy or cite excerpts using electronic tools (“cut and paste”) for written work.

It is strictly prohibited to reproduce, distribute, store, publish, sell, or transmit the Products without LNU’s express written authorization. Use in violation of this Agreement or of the U.S. Copyright Act (17 U.S.C.A. §107) is also prohibited.
Products may not be licensed, resold, or shared with third parties, nor reproduced in multiple copies, whether printed or digital. If you are not an attorney, your use must be limited to general informational purposes only.
Intellectual Property
Except for the license granted under this Agreement, all rights, titles, and interests in the Site and Products—including trademarks and other intellectual property rights—belong exclusively to Luis Nieves University – LNMO Caribbean Corp. and its partners, in all languages, formats, and territories.
Reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly, rental, sublicensing, or creation of unauthorized derivative works is prohibited. Likewise, reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use of the Site or Products in violation of this Agreement is forbidden.
 
Limitation of Warranties
LNU does not guarantee that the Products are appropriate or available outside the local jurisdiction. You access the Site at your own risk and are responsible for complying with applicable local laws.
LNU’s database is not intended to be exhaustive and may, by inadvertent omission, fail to include certain specific legal documents.
Liability
Luis Nieves University – LNMO Caribbean Corp. (“LNU”) and its partners assume no responsibility for the use, interpretation, or results derived from the Products offered on the Site. Both the Site and its Products are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. LNU does not guarantee performance, accuracy, continuous updates, or absence of inadvertent omissions. LNU reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, improve, add, or remove any part of the Site or its Products at any time.
Sole Remedy
The sole and exclusive remedy available to the User for any claim related to damages from use of the Site or Products shall be reimbursement of the amount paid for services during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. LNU and its affiliates shall not be liable for search failures, access interruptions, or inability to use the Site.
Site Access
LNU does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Site. Access may be affected by technical failures, maintenance, force majeure, or events beyond LNU’s control, such as natural disasters, war, civil unrest, power outages, or labor disputes.
Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to external resources available on the Internet. These are provided solely for informational reference. LNU does not sponsor or maintain affiliation with such sites. You may link to LNU’s Site from other pages provided that:

• The link clearly identifies Luis Nieves University – LNMO Caribbean Corp.
• It does not interfere with access to the User Agreement.
• LNU is notified in advance of the intent to establish the link.
• The link is removed if LNU so requests.

Modifications to the Agreement
LNU reserves the right to modify this User Agreement at any time. Amendments will be published on the Site and will take immediate effect. Continued use of the Site after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Password Access
Access to protected areas of the Site is restricted to Authorized Users.

• SHARING YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD IS PROHIBITED.
• YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR USE AND SAFEGUARDING.
• ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY, EVEN IF YOU ARE UNAWARE OF IT.
• ASSIGNMENT OR LICENSING OF THIS AGREEMENT IS NOT PERMITTED WITHOUT LNU’S EXPRESS CONSENT.

Termination
The User may cancel access by written notification. In the absence of such notification, the contract will remain valid on a monthly basis. LNU may immediately terminate access if the terms of the Agreement are violated. Misuse of the Site, including copyright or trademark infringements, may result in termination of service without refund.
Failure by LNU to exercise a right does not constitute waiver of that right. This Agreement may not be transferred to third parties. If any clause is declared invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.

Governing Law and Arbitration
This Site is owned by Luis Nieves University – LNMO Caribbean Corp., headquartered in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Any dispute shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. All controversies shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in a court under Puerto Rican jurisdiction.

User Representation
You represent and warrant that:
(a) The information provided to LNU – LNMO Caribbean Corp. is true and accurate.
(b) You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
(c) You accept and agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, including future amendments.
